AC Milan diavoletto
Tort surpriza pregatit pentru un fan inrait AC Milan. Mi-a placut foarte mult figurina dar din lipsa experientei in sculptura m-am chinuit mult cu piciorele lui...nicicum nu reuseam sa-l pozitionez pe minge...dar data viitore sigur stiu sa-l fac mai usor ! Blat alb de piscot aromatizat cu coaja de lamaie, umplut cu crema diplomat si fructe de padure. Acoperit cu fondant MM si pasta de ciocolata.

Ti-a iesit bine figurina.Iar fondantul rosu este impecabil.Felicitari.
RăspundețiȘtergereMultumesc....mi-a placut sa fac capul figurii dar probleme la picior neneeee....neaparat am vrut sa-i fie pus pe minge. Stii cum se spune...daca nu ai probleme...ti le faci singur. Imi place cum se coloreaza cu colorantul praf (cu gel nu prea reuseam culori asa puternice) dar am zis ca la copii sa nu prea dea din pasta....prea mult colorant dupa parerea mea, dar daca aceasta a fost cerere nu am avut ce face. Te pup si spor la treaba.

Si mai am o intrebare, nu ti s-a intamplat niciodata sa ti se farmiteze fondantul de la acest colorant praf, eu am patit-o de doua ori, oare sa fie ca am pus ptrea mult colorant, tu ce zici? RăspundețiȘtergereBuna Alina, da cu colorantul praf iese culoarea puternica si vie. Eu deobicei lucrez cu fondant amestecat...asta insemnand amestecarea pastei de marshmallow cu pasta din ciocolata. Mie asa imi place deoarece marshmallowul da elasticitate si ciocolata da maleabilitatea, grasimea si gustul bun necesara fondantului. Colorantul deobicei il dizolv in apa pe care o pun peste marshmallow sau ciocolata din care prepar fondantul. Pun o lingurita de colorant in doua linguri de apa la o portie de fondant, asta insemnand circa 1kg de fondant preparat. Mie intotdeauna mi-a iesit fondantul.Incearca sa folosesti numai zahar pudra foarte fin macinat sau poti pune eventual un pic de margarina sau ulei de palmier si sa-l framanti bine. Sper ca te-am ajutat si spor la treaba.
